1st of all, the consultation before the appointment said it all! Through, attentive, kind! Now when I walked into my appointment a week later, I was greeted with warmth, asked what music I wanted to listen to (she has a fire faith based Playlist and a beautiful voice to match). She took her time, addressed my concerns and made me feel heard, and also that it would be ok. Now as far as the work goes, I am 200% satisfied. Exceed my expectations and talked me through the process. Definitely coming back!
