Appointment scheduling FAQs
Where is the salon located?
The salon is located at 325 Flatbush avenue, Brooklyn NY, 11217.
Is there parking at the location?
Street parking and metered parking is available. Parking can be difficult before 1pm but is easier in the afternoon hours.
Is a deposit required to book?
A deposit is only required for elaborate styles that will take an extended amount of time. Clients must also pay for their human hair extensions prior to their appointment.
How should I prep my hair for my appointment?
Wash and treatment services are provided at the salon and is highly recommended prior to a service. However, we understand that for services that may take a while, clients may prefer to come washed to avoid spending additional time at the salon. If you choose to come prepped, your natural hair should be clean, fully detangled and product free. You will receive specific instructions prior to your appointment about how you should be prepped for your specific look.
Do I have to provide my own extensions
We prefer to provided the hair for all our clients to encourage a more seamless and stress free service. However, if a client prefers to provide their own extensions, they are welcome to do so. Recommendations will be provided during a free pre-appointment consultation.
Is a consultation Mandatory?
Yes, a consultation is mandatory for every new client
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and Zelle payments are preferred. Card payments incur an additional 3% fee
